Varanam Aayiram successfully completed 50 days

irector Gautham Menon's 'Varanam Aayiram', which spoke in length about the rapport shared between a father and his son, has successfully completed 50 days of screening.

The movie featuring Suriya as both the father and son was produced by Aascar V Ravichandran and was released worldwide by Dayanidhi Azhagiri's Cloud Nine Films.

The movie also had Simran, Sameera Reddy and Divya Spandana in the cast among others. The highlight of the movie was peppy numbers by . Sporting six-pack abs, Suriya's role as an army officer was critically acclaimed by the media.
