Cinematographer - director Thangar Bachchan is all set to commence his next with Sathyaraj and Madhavan in the lead roles. His other project featuring Prabhu Deva in the lead role has reportedly been shelved.
Thangar, who directed films like 'Azhagi', 'Solla Marandha Kathai', 'Onbathu Rupai Nottu' among others will wield the megaphone for a movie titled 'Tholaindu ponavargal' which has Madhavan and Sathyaraj sharing screen space for the first time.
This film is written and directed by Thangar Bachchan. Priyamani, the national award winning actress, plays Madhavan's heroine. She is happy that she is able to bag roles that give abundant scope for her to perform.
Plans are on to complete the film at the earliest.
